Both the Youth and Adult classes are appropriate for beginners as well as for students of any level and physical ability. Loose fitting clothing which covers arms and legs or a training uniform (preferably a judo gi) is recommended.
You must call the city to sign up for classes or come down to the Community Center to visit, watch or register for class.
